Hi all,
I would like to call a guild meeting of all <Blade and Quill> officers.
Date: Monday 26th January
Start time: 20:00 UK time
End time: 21:00 UK time
Location: The Grey Lady Coaching Inn (T1, Nordland)
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss how our guild works and, in particular, the role guild officers have in the guild. Currently on the agenda, we have:
1 - Welcome and introduction (Baz, 5 minutes)
2 - Guild recruitment activities (Astrala, 5 minutes intro + 5 minutes discussion)
3 - Hosting guild events (Snowy, 5 minutes intro + 5 minutes discussion)
4 - Mentoring guild lowbies (Urtigao, 5 minutes intro + 5 minutes discussion)
5 - Sponsoring guildmates (Baz, 5 minutes intro + 5 minutes discussion)
6 - Any other topics for discussion (All officers, 10 minutes)
I will be sending in-game mail invites to this officer meeting. I urge all officers to attend if they can, as this is the first chance for you to make your opinions known on a range of issues. The intention is to have these meeting once every 4-6 weeks. This first meeting will be held in the officer-chat channel, but eventually I plan to move these meetings onto the guild Ventrilo server.
