Hi all,
A little late with the news, but I noticed last night that <Blade and Quill> has dinged guild level 35!
It was early on Sunday morning (the 18th of October) that the guild hit this landmark level. So, congratulations to you all! Our reward is access to the instant Lost Vale teleport scrolls which should now be availbale to you from the Quartermaster in Sigmar's Hammer (the same place that you can purchase the guild recall scrolls and the Bastion Stair teleport scrolls).
I hope that this ultra-easy access to Lost Vale leads to a lot more farming of this zone for the guild. The obvious benefit is that the excellent Darkpromise gear drops inside this instance. The less-obvious benefit is that farming inside Lost Vale generates a huge amount of guild XP, making our progress up the guild levels much quicker.
Guild level 35 is the penultimate level of importance. Guild level 36 doesn't really bring any exciting rewards. Guild level 37 is the next real target for us all, as this level rewards the entire guild with the uber-fast mounts. After guild level 37, there's no real reason to push hard for guild level 40 because there are no great rewards for levels 38, 39 and 40.
So, well done to all the instance farmers for helping push our team up to level 35! Now get into LV and farm yourself some loot and farm the guild some more XP!
